About Founder
Ayurmitra, Nadi Bhishak Jyotisha Vaidya
Dr. K. Shiva Rama Prasad, is the Founder of TechnoAyurveda® and a senior Ayurveda scholar from Hyderabad, Telangana. He is a retired Professor of Panchakarma and former Principal, with decades of academic, clinical, and research experience in Ayurveda.
An alumnus of Dr. BRKR Government Ayurvedic College, Hyderabad, Dr. Prasad holds BAMS (1982) and MD in Kayachikitsa (1989). He is a disciple in the lineage of renowned Ayurveda scholars and is widely respected for propagating Techno Ayurveda Modules, Panchakarma, TANTU Nadi, AyurJyotish, and allied sciences.
Dr. Prasad has served in key academic and advisory roles across India, USA, and Canada, including Advisor to international Ayurveda institutions, Executive Editor and Editorial Board Member of reputed journals, and Guide for 50+ PG dissertations, 6 PhDs, and multiple fellowships. He has delivered 250+ national and international lectures and authored several Ayurveda books and research papers.
With academic qualifications in Jyotish–Vastu and a PhD in Astro-Diagnosis, he pioneered the integration of Astrology and Ayurveda through concepts like Nakshatra Vruksha, contributing a unique interdisciplinary dimension to holistic healthcare.
